What you’ll do:
1. Lead and motivate a dedicated team
2. Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
3. Oversee support plans and ensure compliance
4. Manage rotas and provide on-shift coaching
5. Build strong relationships with families and professionals
What we’re looking for:
6. Experience supporting people with complex needs
7. Leadership and mentoring skills
8. Knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards
9. Flexibility for varied shifts
10. UK Driving Licence
