We have an exciting opportunity for a SPAR Customer Team Member. As a Customer Team Member at SPAR, you will support store management and create a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities include maximizing sales and profit through various tasks, contributing to store improvement, and delivering excellent customer service through 'Brilliant Basics, Moments of Wow, Food for Later, and Food for Now!'

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Customer Service
* Greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
* Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Upselling products and highlighting offers.
Store Operations
* Managing stock, checking deliveries, and maintaining cleanliness.
* Performing tasks like date checking, stock rotation, price changes, and promotional displays.
* Following all policies and procedures.
Key Skills & Knowledge
* Previous retail experience preferred.
* Attention to detail and reliable in following instructions.
* Understanding of retail legislation and policies.
* Ability to contribute ideas for customer service and sales.
* Experience with 'Challenge 25' policy is desirable.
* Enthusiastic team player and independent worker.
* Cash handling experience is a plus but not essential.
