You have A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this If youve worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great! Have a positive, caring can-do attitude, and empathy to really make a difference to our customers lives. Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively. Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant.
