Core Responsibilities of This Role
* Generate Apprenticeship starts with new and existing clients through various sales activities, including visits, appointments, presentations, networking, mail shots, telephone sales, cold calling, and follow-up on leads.
* Collaborate with the Business Account Manager to develop account plans for designated clients, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and sales growth.
* Maintain knowledge of the marketplace to identify and pursue new business leads.
* Manage the client relationship from lead generation to solution creation, apprenticeship start, and development into key account management to maximize opportunities.
* Achieve business profile requirements and sales targets in line with contractual obligations and KPIs.
* Handle speculative calls, new enquiries, aftercare, and client service calls professionally and promptly.
* Assist clients in planning recruitment and training strategies, including enrolment, launch events, and inductions.
* Liaise with the onboarding team to ensure all paperwork for apprenticeships is complete, compliant, and supports a successful start to generate income.
* Stay informed about business opportunities in the local labour market and proactively pursue business development.
* Report weekly/monthly sales activity, data, and forecasts as required.
Skills and Experience Required
* Experience in a target-driven commercial environment.
* Proficiency in presentation and report writing.
* Experience in client relationship management, customer service, or sales.
* Full driving license and own vehicle.
