Key Responsibilities
Programme & Planning
Update the contract programme weekly with the project planner, highlighting delays and potential claims to the commercial team.
Integrate subcontractor programmes and plan upcoming works.
Procure subcontractors and place orders for long-lead materials.
Site & Team Leadership
Chair weekly site meetings to ensure the team (Site Manager/Foreman, Site Engineer) understands priorities, deadlines, and lessons learned.
Recruit and manage labour resources locally as required.
