What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a New Home Sales Advisor is not essential.
* A strong understanding of the new home sales process, from initial enquiry to completion.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
* The ability to quickly adapt to new environments and build rapport with site teams.
* A valid driving license and access to your own transport are desirable due to the multi-site nature of the role.
* Willing to undertake courses to enhance your sales skills and participate in 2 shadow days.
