Rutherford Cross is delighted to be supporting a growing, private equity–backed organisation based in Stirling with the appointment of an Interim Finance Business Partner for an initial 6-month period. This hands-on role will suit a commercially minded finance professional with strong FP&A capability, confident stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast moving environment. The Opportunity You will play a key role in maintaining high quality financial insight during a transitional period for the business. Key Responsibilities include: Updating and maintaining an established integrated financial model Leading the budgeting process (draft through to completion and sign-off) Driving forecasting, scenario planning and revenue analysis Interpreting sales and recruitment pipelines to inform performance outlook Progressing KPI reporting processes (currently spreadsheet based) Partnering with senior leaders, providing challenge and commercial insight Ideal Experience Strong FP&A, modelling and forecasting background Experience across both large corporate, and smaller or scaling organisations Skilled business partner, comfortable challenging senior stakeholders Exposure to revenue analysis and KPI development Ability to work independently with minimal oversight On Offer Attractive salary / day rate Hybrid working February start date Direct exposure to C‑suite and senior leadership, with the chance to shape financial insight and support strategic decision making To find out more about this opportunity, please contact Christina McLean at Rutherford Cross.
