# Bradford Cyrenians - Property Services Manager## Job Introduction*Bradford Cyrenians provides a range of supported housing for vulnerable communities; our services are flexible and user-led, with a focus on prevention, enabling individuals to take control of their lives.* We are recruiting for a **Property Services Manager**. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing quality, high standard supported accommodation provision to vulnerable communities whilst promoting H&S standards/safeguarding across our organisation. Working flexibly between the hours of 9.00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.**Salary - £29,000- £30,000 depending on experience**The candidate needs to be highly motivated and have the enthusiasm and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of vulnerable communities whilst overseeing the intensive housing management (IHM) functions being delivered across Bradford Cyrenians accommodation services.The successful candidate will be the safeguarding and health & safety lead for Bradford Cyrenians conducting health & safety visits to properties and liaising with our landlord partners when taking on new properties ensuring all housing standards and compliance are met.
