* You will earn a salary of £26,550 - £28,000 (Base £26,550, with uncapped on-target earnings of c£28,000)

What you’ll be doing
* Engage customers over the telephone and virtual platforms, guiding them through the kitchen design and sales process
* Understand individual customer needs, expectations and budgets to recommend tailored kitchen solutions
* Maximise every sales opportunity and consistently work towards delivering or exceeding targets
* Liaise directly with store colleagues to ensure successful end-to-end project management
* Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries professionally and efficiently
Who We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills, particularly over the telephone and via virtual solutions
* Have experience working towards sales targets
* A customer-focused mindset with a passion for going the extra mile
* Have an eye for design, or the passion to develop one
* Strong attention to detail
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings is key to supporting our customers and providing the best experience. The hours will be rotated between 9:30am and 8:30pm.
