The Employee Benefits team provides advice and support to employers. Were part of a trusted team of 20 people who work closely with private clients and other teams within the Firm. Our clients are typically small to medium sized businesses and not-for-profit organisations based in the UK, and many have an overseas head office/parent in the USA or Europe.
Each of our clients have different needs, but overall, they are looking for advice and competitively priced employee benefit solutions that meet their needs and help them to attract, reward and incentivise their employees. We provide workplace pension advice to the majority of our clients, and for many, we operate a more comprehensive service that includes advice and administration of their group risk, medical, health, travel and voluntary benefits, and support with their employee communications.
