About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Site Managers/Supervisors to join our team for multiple construction projects across London. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction site management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage daily construction site operations.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.
* Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
* Manage site staff and allocate tasks effectively.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager/Supervisor in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health & safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid drivers license.
* Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
