We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with demonstrated monitoring and eTMF experience. Tasks and responsibilities:
· Monitoring at sites within the UK (majority in or around London)
· Attend the Richmond office twice a month
· Following studies from initiation to close out
· Liaising with sponsors, vendors and internal team to ensure comprehensive knowledge of projects at all stages
· Ensuring projects are delivered within budgets and timelines
· Setting-up, managing and maintaining eTMFs
· Produce training material and train colleagues on specific areas of expertise
· Participating in client, team and project meetings
· Working on a variety of projects simultaneously across a broad range of therapy areas
Qualifications and Experience
· Minimum BSc degree in science/life sciences
· At least 2 years' experience as a CRA (Phase I experience useful)
· Experience setting up, managing and maintaining eTMFs using Viedoc (other eTMF software experience useful)
· Experience of training/mentoring junior staff useful
· Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP
· Excellent project management and time-keeping skills
· Expert writing, communication and presentation skills
· Excellent attention to detail and quality
· Interpersonal skills and ability to contribute as part of a team
· Client-facing skills and confidence to interact with sponsors and site staff
· An aptitude and an eagerness to learn and employ new skills
· Sound planning and organizational proficiency and able to effectively solve problems
· A 'can do' attitude with the ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
