YOUR ROLE
As an ERP Transformation Specialist, you will lead complex, enterprise‐wide transformation programmes for clients, modernising core business systems and delivering measurable improvements.
Key responsibilities
* Lead ERP transformation programmes, shaping strategy, scope, design and delivery across HR‑related and broader enterprise functions.
* Translate client needs into clear process, data, and system requirements, ensuring alignment with best‑practice ERP architecture and operating models.
* Advise senior client stakeholders on transformation options, including platform strategy, deployment approaches, change impacts and value‑realisation planning.
* Oversee multi‑disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring strong governance, risk management, quality assurance and integration across workstreams.
* Contribute to practice development, supporting bids, enhancing ERP transformation methodologies, and coaching consultants to build capability.
* Support business development activities: leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
* Participate in internal contribution: campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
* Engage in learning & development: training to support career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
* Extensive experience in ERP‑led transformation, ideally across multiple platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), with strong understanding of process design, data, and implementation lifecycle.
* Strong analytical and solution‑design skills, able to simplify complexity, diagnose issues and develop pragmatic, business‑aligned recommendations.
* Credible communicator and facilitator, experienced in engaging senior stakeholders, leading workshops, and guiding clients through complex decisions and trade‑offs.
* Consulting‑minded leader with a delivery focus, capable of managing large project components, coaching teams, and driving high‑quality outcomes in fast‑paced environments.
* Experience in a matrixed organisation and ability to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
* Proven ability in proposition building and delivery.
