Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop existing processes and systems related to employee training.
2. Maintain an up-to-date matrix of employee training certifications and renewal dates, liaising with project management to coordinate new training as roles change.
3. Handle administrative tasks such as updating the training database and filing renewal certificates electronically.
4. Distribute weekly safety bulletins and manage sign-off sheets.
5. Adapt to evolving administrative duties as required by the company.
