Job description: Serco: Wyndley Leisure Centre Aquatics & Sports Course Manager Permanent, Part Time (30 hours p/w) £24,840 per annum Corporate Benefits Package Serco Leisure is recruiting for an Aquatic & Sports Course Manager for our Wyndley Leisure Centre. You will play a key role in creating high-quality swimming programmes that help our community live healthier and more active lives. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will lead a team of instructors and coaches, ensure the smooth running of our programmes, and drive participation and customer satisfaction across the centre. What you’ll be doing This split role offers autonomy, with 10 hours dedicated to teaching and 20 hours in an Aquatic Manager position. Leading and developing our Swim Teachers and Sports Coaches Managing and growing our swimming programmes – approx. 2200 children and daytime school swimming.
