A leading investment bank is seeking a Procurement Performance Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing enterprise-wide risk, control, and procurement performance. This role sits within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function and is pivotal in driving financial and operational efficiency across third-party vendor engagements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Savings Validation: Collaborate with procurement teams to identify, validate, and quantify financial and non-financial benefits (e.g., cost savings, vendor consolidation, efficiency gains) in line with CFO requirements.
2. Performance Reporting: Track procurement KPIs, maintain dashboards, and ensure accurate reporting of savings initiatives to Finance and senior stakeholders.
3. Project Management: Prioritize initiatives, manage risks, and deliver against timelines while providing regular updates and guidance on processes and governance.
