About the role:
This role ensures the day-to-day support of Drivers, including conducting briefs and debriefs. You will also support and manage customer calls, assisting with a range of queries, as well as completeadministrative tasks such as timesheets and risk assessments.
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Facilitating inbound and outbound deliveries
* Driver brief and debrief with scanners
* Handling driver and customer queries
* Handling and sorting of parcels
* Data inputting and administrative duties
* Taking and managing customer calls
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent multi-tasking skillsand be able towork well under pressure
* 1-2 years’ experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
