Key Responsibilities
* As the COO, you will drive operational excellence and strategic growth across the restaurant group and event catering experiences, ensuring that each project is executed flawlessly while delivering an unforgettable culinary and guest experience.
* Monitor key performance metrics, including labor costs, margins, and sales, to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
* Develop and implement innovative food project concepts for live events, restaurants, residencies, and pop-ups in partnership with renowned chefs.
* Develop and execute long-term operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement, operational efficiency, partnerships, and new market expansion.
