What’s the job?
You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. It’s not a typical sales job – it's about being yourself, showcasing customer service skills and enjoying the workday.
As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant you’ll help customers every step of the way, from first walk‑through to aftersales support. This role is all about helping customers find the right car, building positive relationships throughout the process.
On an average day, you’ll be…
* Helping customers find the right car based on their needs
* Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service – going the extra mile for every customer
* Building and maintaining lasting relationships through the sales process
* Selling the right sales package (finance, servicing) with integrity and professionalism
* Co‑ordinating order and delivery of vehicles to keep everything running smoothly
* Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
* Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises
* Staying in touch with customers to offer great aftersales experience
