Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading Importer and distributor of Wood Flooring based near to Brighton in their search for a new Sales Person for their growing team. The role will be internal initially with potential for a more field based role in the future and will involve dealing with the sale of our clients massive range of Timber and Laminate Flooring to existing clients and growing the customer base by introducing our clients range to new potential clients. The duties for the role will be varied but effectively you will be carrying out the following duties in your average working day. • Dealing with incoming Sales enquiries, • Checking stock and arranging delivery of our clients products. • Proactively approaching new potential clients and arranging samples and prices, then following up and collecting new orders. • Supporting Sales Reps as required to build sales externally. • As required and when the need arises dealing with visitors to our clients warehouse and securing sales after assisting customers with their requirements in both the showroom and trade counter. • Any other duties as required such as Merchandising, assisting with loading vehicles and generally doing your very best to give great service at all times. Effectively this is a fantastic opportunity for someone from within a Flooring Sales background, and particularly within Wooden Flooring, perhaps in retail, to develop their career in a more commercial and Business to Business orientated direction.
