Role Responsibilities
* Handle all communication politely and effectively to promote the organisation's reputation
* Take calls from enquirers and record information accurately in Caresys
* Pass messages correctly and document interactions
* Submit clinician information via portals and assist with feedback gathering
* Support data analysis to meet departmental needs
Candidate Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and administrative experience
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with IT systems
