The Role
As a Client Success Manager, you will own the execution and optimisation of retail media campaigns for leading global brands, with a core focus on Amazon Ads.
* Plan, launch and optimise Amazon Ads campaigns (other marketplaces a plus)
* Analyse performance data to drive actionable improvements
* Partner with clients to deliver against KPIs and business objectives
* Identify growth opportunities across visibility, engagement and sales
Requirements
* Proven Retail / Commerce Media experience, ideally with global brands
* Strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads
* Client-facing experience with a results-driven mindset
* Highly data-led, with strong analytical skills
* Fluent German, used in a professional environment
