What You’ll Do as a Care Partner
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring clients’ comfort, safety, and happiness. Daily responsibilities vary by client needs and may include:
* Personal Care and Hygiene: Assisting clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
* Household Assistance: Helping with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and keeping the environment safe.
* Transportation and Errands: Safely driving clients to appointments, shopping, or social outings.
* Companionship: Providing friendship and emotional support to enhance clients’ day-to-day lives.
* Plan of Care Adherence: Following a care plan tailored to each client to ensure consistent, quality support.
* Communication: Maintaining respectful, professional communication with families and our care team to support client well‑being.
What We’re Looking For
We seek kind-hearted individuals ready to join our Winchester team and make a positive difference. Ideal qualifications include:
* A valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
* A clean driving record
* Prior caregiving experience is a bonus but not required – we provide full training!
* Access to email and a mobile device for communication
* A commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care standards

Compensation: $12.75 - $17.00 per hour
