Your new role
Your role involves providing second-line technical support to the organisation's users at multiple sites (Watford, Central London, and Doncaster). Your responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing problems, and finding solutions to ensure users receive excellent service. You’ll addressmon hardware, software, and networking issues, assist with. You will also be using ServiceNow as a ticketing tool to log in and track IT troubleshooting queries.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Solid 2nd Line troubleshooting abilities
2. Strong ITIL Knowledge (certifications would be a bonus)
3. Experience with the following technologies: Windows 10/11 OS, Windows Server 2016, O365, iPhone/iPad/Android management and configuration, Active directory, and AutoCAD applications (BIM software technologies)
4. Can drive and own a car to travel between Watford, London, and Doncaster (less frequent)
