The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate Retail Planner to join our Home team here at QVC UK. You will be part of an exciting, unique business, as you'll join the largest player in video commerce ("vCommerce"), which includes video-driven shopping across linear TV, ecommerce sites, digital streaming and social platforms.
Featuring the right products at the right time of day is important in maximising sales. At QVC UK, you'll find we're a bit different from the run-of-the-mill. Reporting to a Planning Manager, you will serve as a key link between Buyers and our Platforms, ensuring the long-term profitability of airtime and products, and maximising sales opportunities in the short-term.

Your Impact
* You will work with buyers and be responsible for your own product area, conducting in-depth demand and sales analysis to determine optimal product positioning.
* You should have experience in sales and inventory analysis within merchandising or stock management.
* You will be commercially minded, creative, numerate, and proficient in Excel (including complex functions). You will be accustomed to forecasting sales budgets on seasonal, quarterly, and weekly bases.

* You will have experience working in a retail environment, perhaps as a junior merchandiser ready for the next step.
* You are a team player who can collaborate and influence when needed.
* You should be adaptable and comfortable with change, as a live environment can present unexpected challenges!
