Your new role
As the Business Support Manager, you will be the go-to person for the office and wear many hats by providing support to the operations team, support H&S procedures and office management responsibilities.
Operations:
1. Admin support to the operations team
2. Ad-hoc fleet support
3. Creating price lists, client supply chain portals and responding to queries for quotes, new business and overseeing inbox
4. Operations meeting minutes
Health & Safety:
5. Creating risk assessments and updating them accordingly
6. Creating COSHH and updating
7. Accident reporting
8. Managing site folders, safe contractor and ISO audits
9. Policies and procedures updates and H&S documents
Office Management:
10. Ordering supplies and consumables Toilet roll, utilities, stationary etc
11. Main point of contact for iing calls, deliveries and visitors
12. Manage office contracts
13. Ad-hoc admin duties such as restaurant bookings for clients, event organising and Christmas client gifts
What you'll need to succeed
14. Previous administration and Health & Safety experience essential
15. Experience with H&S procedures
16. Office Management and Fleet management advantageous
17. Exceptional organisation and time management skills
18. Ability to use initiative as well as work well in a team
