Must have’s
* Minimum of 2 years’ customer service and administrative experience, including upselling
* Previous telephone-based experience
* 5 GCSEs A*–C, including Maths and English
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage workload accurately and efficiently

* A Level qualifications
* Cert CII qualification

* Handling renewal queries by phone and in writing in a professional manner
* Listening to client needs and identifying suitable solutions
* Negotiating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Producing accurate and professional documentation at all times
