THE EMPLOYER IS: UPPER ANDERSONSTOWN COMMUNITY FORUM The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative and receptionist duties, such as meeting and greeting clients, preparing reports and attending meetings.
Responsibilities
* To support the UACF, answering the telephone, greeting customers/centre users, take messages, open and distribute post.
* To attend meetings, take minutes, photocopy, and carry out general administration duties.
* To facilitate the core staff in the production and distribution of marketing materials and Social Media.
* To prepare all necessary reports, letters and documents.
* To assist in the preparation of funding applications.
* To outsource relevant information required by the core workers.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Good communication skills.
* Computer literate / able to use Twitter / Facebook and other social media platforms.
* Administration and organizational skills.
