The Opportunity
Haberdashers' Monmouth School is seeking an inspiring and passionate part-time Director of Netball and Sports Coach to join our team from January 2026. This role involves leading and developing our Netball provision, ensuring the highest possible standard of experience for our netball players and contributing to the wider sports program, including our extensive co-curricular activities and our boarding community.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Netball program, from planning to delivery, ensuring continuity of approach and progression for teams and individual players.
* Line manage and coordinate the work of all netball coaches.
* Manage the netball budget.
* Organise the netball fixture list, ensuring a suitable level of competition and opportunities for as many pupils as possible to represent the school in matches
* Contribute to the wider sports program and the school's extensive co-curricular activities.
* Support the all-round nature of school life, including engagement with the boarding community.
* Act as a role model, fostering confidence, self-belief, and strong interpersonal skills in pupils.
About You
* We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly skilled coach with a passion for netball and sports development. You should be:
* An excellent practitioner, able to inspire pupils and foster a love of sport.
* A strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Flexible, adaptable, and willing to contribute fully to the life of a busy day/boarding school.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
