This isn't just "order taking"—it’s about managing a premium customer journey from the first handshake to the moment you hand over the keys. We need a "safe pair of hands" who can manage high-value transactions, build genuine rapport, and drive a site to hit itsmercial targets.
The Role
1. Own the Journey: You will lead the entire sales process, converting initial enquiries into site visits and professional closures.
2. Be the Expert: Build real relationships with your customers to understand their lifestyle needs, providing expert insight into local schools, transport, and themunity.
3. Drive Results: Consistently exceed sales targets by utilising various purchase schemes and a proactive, modern closing methodology.
4. Showroom Excellence: Maintain a five-star environment in the sales office, ensuring the product is always presented to a premium standard.
5. The Bridge: Work closely with site managers and solicitors to ensure a seamless, stress-free exchange andpletion process for your buyers.
What You’ll Bring
6. The Background: Ideally, you’lle from New Homes or a high-end Estate Agency. However, we will consider "elite" sales professionals from Banking, Luxury Retail, or Premium Hospitality who possess sharpmercial acumen.
7. The Mindset: You are a resilient self-starter who stays calm under pressure and loves the "win" of hitting a target.
8. The Essentials: You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have your own vehicle.
9. The Tech: Naturally IT literate andfortable managing a CRM to keep your pipeline moving.
