Role overview
Sales Assistant to play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. There are affluent opportunities for career development and progression within the JD Group.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring they receive the best experience.
* Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales.
* Maintain high visual and merchandising standards; keep the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
* Support store operations by assisting in other departments as needed and adhering to safety guidelines.
* Process sales transactions, including cash handling and card payments accurately.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
* Maintain stock levels on the shop floor and ensure shelves are well-organized and appealing.
* Address and resolve customer queries professionally and work with colleagues to achieve store targets.
Role objectives and KPI’s
* Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store’s monthly sales target.
* Drive KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and upsell/cross-sell targets.
* Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
* Ensure all stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
