Responsibilities
* Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: Participate in piercing training and act as a trusted guide for customers—conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
* Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing enjoyable.
* Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe for customers and coworkers.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products and services, stay connected to the latest fashion and social media trends, and help customers find their perfect style.
* Store Operations: Assist in deliveries, execute visual merchandising displays, and support promotional activities that highlight Claire’s offerings.
* Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s haul on social media.

Job Requirements
* You can conduct piercings while showing patience and empathy, including with young or anxious customers.
* Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system.
* You can stand for scheduled shifts and lift/maneuver 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs).
* You can bend, stoop, twist, reach, and use ladders or step stools when placing merchandise or assisting customers.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Solid math and reading comprehension.
* Passion for fashion and interest in current trends.
* Ability to curate fashion looks with product during shifts.
