🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
* Work closely with stakeholders including customers, sales, developers, UX designers, and QA teams
* Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and deliverables
* Facilitate effective communication between development teams and business stakeholders
* Support planning and task scheduling across product releases
* Gather and analyse feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions
* Ensure high-quality delivery through detailed documentation, test case definition, and continuous process improvement
🧠 What You Bring:
Essential:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
* Familiarity with Agile development and collaboration with technical teams
* Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making
* Excellent communication skills with confidence working across business and tech teams
* Experience with backlog management, planning, and stakeholder engagement
* Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar development tools
Desirable:
* Experience with project management or construction tech software
* Understanding of Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and resource planning
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platform
