Level 3 Maintenance Fitter
Our client is a global engineering and manufacturing business that produces advanced heater cable systems for use in the energy sector. They are now seeking a skilled Level 3 Maintenance Fitter to join their team in Deeside. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery, reducing downtime and supporting the wider manufacturing process.
This is an excellent opportunity for a time served Mechanical Maintenance professional with strong experience in industrial equipment, preventative maintenance and problem solving within a production environment.
* Location: Deeside, UK
* Hours: Mon - Fri 7:30am - 4:00pm
* Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the production team by ensuring all manufacturing machinery is well maintained and fully operational
2. Create and maintain an asset register and implement a preventative maintenance programme
3. Minimise unplanned downtime through effective troubleshooting and planned maintenance activities
4. Ensure equipment is configured safely and correctly for upcoming production work
5. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
