Role: 3rd line Service Desk Engineer
Salary: £45,000 DOE
We are working with a progressive IT Managed Service Provider based in Horsham seeking a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their growing technical team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled and motivated engineer with a experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and Windows Environments.
You'll be responsible for managing escalated incidents, delivering some projects, and maintaining the IT estate of Clients throughout the UK. This is a key technical role requiring deep expertise across a range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality 3rd line support for complex technical incidents escalated from the service desk.
* Deliver and support various infrastructure-related projects.
* Independently manage and deliver small-scale projects.
* Monitor, maintain, and enhance the infrastructure environments of multiple clients (300+ networks).

* Microsoft Windows Server (2008-2022/2025)
* Microsoft Exchange
* Active Directory Services
* Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint, Intune, and Entra)
