Job Description
As Network Developer your role is to increase and enhance the membership of the Company to ensure The Pallet Network can offer the most effective service to the network and to account manage the current membership.
You will need to be able to generate leads and secure meetings with potential clients to maximize growth potential for the business. You will need to be a driven and motivated sales person with a strong commerical acumen.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Agree a geographical area development plan with Managing Director
2. Identify potential Partners to join the Network
3. Undertake cold calls to generate face to face meetings with potential Partners
4. Introduce Managing Director to potential Partners when required
5. Maintain Company database of potential Partners
6. Promote and present TPN services
7. Secure postcode coverage where required
8. Account manage the current partnership as required
9. Understand the pallet industry through networking
10. Keep up to date with Company services
11. Work closely with relevant internal departments
12. Prepare and submit weekly activity report to Managing Director
13. Undertake projects as required
14. Always ensure that TPN Ltd’s interests are protected at all times
15. Refer any unsolved problems to the Managing Director
16. Stay updated on other Network Partners and opportunities to maximize growth potential
Qualifications
17. Strong interpersonal skills
18. Understanding of the pallet industry, its dynamics, competitors, and emerging trends acquired through networking, research, and experience.
19. Proficiency in sales techniques, including cold calling, to generate leads and secure meetings with potential partners.
20. Ability to identify and address issues independently
21. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office
