What You’ll Be Doing
* Help squad develop and prioritise ideas for testing
* Build and activate tests within Adobe Target UI
* For more complex tests, liaise with developers to ensure test build reflects technical spec brief
* Identify and test journey pain points to improve conversion rate and consumer engagement
* Use analytics platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze the outcomes from the tests
* Ensure that all CRO governance guidelines are being followed
Skills And Experience
* Enthusiasm for digital testing and experience with optimization tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.
* Experience with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
* Understanding of the importance of statistical significance when analyzing experiment results
* Strong organizational skills and experience balancing multiple projects at once
* Self‑motivated and driven with a willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skills

Additional Information
Location: London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol. Working 3 days in office, 2 days elsewhere to suit you.
