What you’ll do on a typical day:
Lead, coach and support a team of 5 - helping them grow and smash their targets
* Own the inbound scheduling process, resolving delivery issues and keeping everything on track
* Be the go-to contact for stores, suppliers and internal teams - building strong relationships and keeping communication flowing
* Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, using data to drive improvements
* Champion health & safety and promote a culture of continuous improvement
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in team leadership, people management and conflict resolution
* Strong planning and organisational skills — you know how to prioritise when things get busy
* A solid understanding of scheduling systems, delivery coordination and performance reporting
* Great communication skills - both written and verbal
* A proactive mindset and a passion for problem-solving
* Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
