You'll be the person ensuring campaigns run smoothly end-to-end, with full data integrity from click to conversion.If you're tech-savvy, understand web technologies and automation tools, and enjoy configuring systems, setting up integrations and solving technical challenges in performance marketing, this role is for you.What You'll Be DoingWork with tracking and distribution systems to monitor campaign performanceSet up and manage automation flows using platforms like Make.com or ZapierBuild connections between tracking platforms, Google Sheets, CRMs and other client systemsInterpret API documentation and configure data delivery endpointsTroubleshoot technical issues using logs, dashboards and system outputsCross-check data accuracy across multiple platforms and identify discrepanciesWork with structured data formats including CSV, JSON and XMLSupport the setup and management of lead generation campaignsExperience You'll NeedGeneral understanding of web technologies (HTTP requests, URL structures, parameters, redirects)Ability to work with structured data formats such as CSV, JSON and XMLFamiliarity with workflow and automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier)Basic troubleshooting skills using logs, dashboards and system outputsUnderstanding of API concepts (endpoints, methods, authentication, payloads)Strong analytical mindset with ability to verify data accuracyExcellent problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with a process-driven approachIdeally around 2 years' working experience in a technical or digital marketing roleKeen to learn and develop technical skills in performance marketingWhat You'll Get in ReturnCompetitive salary (£28-32k), benefits package and hybrid working in Bristol (1 day per week in office).
