Head of Talent (YouTube) £60,000 – £70,000 Bonus London (Hybrid) Company Overview: A rapidly scaling digital media company is looking for a Head of Talent to join its team at an exciting stage of growth. This business is home to a significant and growing roster of YouTube creators and runs a multi-channel network that blends sport, culture, and original entertainment formats. The company specialises in creator-first content and is building a commercially-driven talent infrastructure to support and grow some of the most exciting voices in UK digital media. The Role: The Head of Talent (YouTube) will be responsible for developing and supporting a high-performing roster of creators. This includes driving audience growth, shaping content strategies, sourcing commercial opportunities, and creating long-term career development plans. The role requires a deep understanding of YouTube and the creator economy, along with experience in managing digital talent and building commercial partnerships that are authentic and scalable.
