Product and Customer Support Representative
£27,000 per annum
Applicants must have recent experience in a customer service telephone-based role.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (fully office-based)

Key Responsibilities
* Product Support: Deliver expert advice, guidance, and solutions for repairs and replacement parts, making every customer interaction a positive experience.
* Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with care, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
* System Management: Use Zendesk for efficient data entry and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
* Logistics Coordination: Organise courier shipments and manage consignments to ensure timely delivery.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
* Communication: Engage with customers across multiple channels including email, phone, and social media, representing the company’s values and standards.
What You Bring to the Role
* Experience: At least 12 months in Product Support or Customer Service.
* Education: GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) required; A-Levels preferred.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skills and Competencies
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks to meet customer needs.
* Proactive in completing tasks and problem-solving.
* Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
