Production Manager We have an opportunity for a Production Manager to join our team at Honeywell, in Southend, where you will lead and optimise production operations within our Integrated Supply Chain. You will be responsible for managing a team of production supervisors, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols. You will report directly to our Site Leader and will work out of our Southend location. In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and efficiency of the manufacturing process, ensuring that we meet customer demands while adhering to budgetary constraints and operational goals. People management of direct and wider team Key Skills and Qualifications Experience in production supervision within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in production management software and systems. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. We Value Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Experience in managing production teams and driving operational excellence. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
