Duties
* Assist in the effective management of the dealership’s aftersales department, maximising resource efficiency and departmental performance
* Maintain high standards of customer service, providing a positive and professional experience for clients
* Build strong, profitable relationships with customers through ethical and professional engagement
* Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to support and inform customers effectively
* Proactively seek opportunities to improve service processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency
* Support colleagues with knowledge and skills to enhance team performance and profitability
Requirements
* Proven experience within after-sales, customer service, or a similar position in the motor trade
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
* Ability to perform proactively in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of after-sales systems and processes is advantageous
* A positive, team-focused attitude and a commitment to service excellence
