Night Auditor – The Medlock at Etihad Campus, Manchester
At the Medlock, first impressions matter—but it’s the work done overnight that makes them possible. As a Night Auditor, you’ll quietly take care of the hotel while the world sleeps, ensuring everything is balanced, organised and ready for a new day.
This role is about more than numbers—it’s about trust, consistency and calm attention to detail. Working independently through the night, you’ll oversee end‑of‑day procedures, complete reports and audits accurately, and act as the first point of contact for guests. From managing late arrivals and early departures to responding thoughtfully to guest needs, your presence helps maintain a safe, seamless and welcoming environment.
This brand‑new 401‑key hotel is set to be a game‑changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally.
The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state‑of‑the‑art training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co‑op Live arena. It will become a world‑class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world.
The new hotel will sit at the heart of a vibrant and evolving Etihad Campus — an exceptional place for guests, teams, partners and fans to rest, reset and immerse themselves in everything the campus has to offer.
We're opening our doors soon and we're building a team that's as warm, grounded and full of personality as the city we call home.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll take ownership of the hotel overnight, working independently with confidence, consistency and strong attention to detail. While the hotel rests, you’ll complete end‑of‑day audits and reports, ensure systems are balanced and accurate, and prepare everything for a smooth transition into the morning operation.
Acting as the main point of contact throughout the night, you’ll support late arrivals, early departures and guest enquiries with a calm, professional approach—always reassuring, always present. You’ll follow all safety, security and operational procedures, maintaining awareness of the hotel at all times and responding appropriately to anything unexpected.
You’ll be a quiet ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through your reliability, discretion and the high standards you uphold—often behind the scenes, but essential to the guest experience.
Our hotel never stops, and neither does the care behind it. We operate 365 days a year, with night shift patterns designed to reflect the rhythm of the business. Specific hours and working patterns can be discussed at interview.
