Overview

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT) provides mental health, learning disabilities and neurodevelopmental services to people living in the South East of England. We are proud to provide care and services for children, young people, adults of working age and older at our Trust.

You will provide administration support to the Director of Workforce/Deputy Chief People Officer and other senior leaders across the People directorate. This is a permanent, full‑time opportunity for an individual with strong administration, office management and proficient business skills.

You will be part of a diverse, exciting directorate which spans many specialities offering you the opportunity to develop new skills, experience and understanding of the corporate services we deliver to drive innovation, improve patient outcomes and support the people we serve in our communities.


Responsibilities

* Complex diary management and facilitating delivery
* Meeting administration – agenda setting, paper distribution and minuting
* Financial support – raising requisitions using our in‑house Oracle system
* Act as a central point of contact and expert for queries and information within the directorate
* Provide proficient administrative support producing documents using appropriate software packages, working to timescales and to a high standard of accuracy following Trust templates and Directorate presentation standards.
* Support to on site events and meetings.
* Support Board sub‑Committees and deputise for the Business Manager to CPO when required


Qualifications & Requirements

An ability to work in a fast paced, complex environment is critical.
