arisen for a Breakfast Chef at our 4* Hotel in Dunkeld.

wide and fast-flowing River Tay. We have 98 bedrooms, gym, spa facilities and
pool and a selection of conference and event facilities to accommodate
weddings, private functions and business services.
The Role:
* Prepare and cook our guests’
breakfast to a high standard.
* To assist in the food
preparation for lunch, dinner and functions/events.
* Maintain high levels of food
preparation to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
* To ensure that food is
prepared and stored in accordance with food safety laws and regulations.
* Ensure all food preparation
areas under your control are maintained in a clean & tidy condition,
in accordance with the cleaning schedule and complying with all
regulations regarding to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene.
* To carry out any further
duties instructed by the Head Chef.
The Person:
* A minimum of 1 year’s
experience working within a 4* / 5 * star establishment at Commis Level.
* NVQ Level 1 or equivalent.
* Basic Food Hygiene
Certificate.
* Committed to high standards
of food preparation and presentation.
* Ability to work under
pressure in a fast paced environment.
* Flexible in terms of
working; hours of work will involve 30 hours per week, working five days
out of seven, 6am-12pm
