Community Care Practitioner (Female applicants only)
Are you a compassionate individual with a passion for supporting the emotional wellbeing of others?
ASA Recruitment is seeking female Community Care Practitioners to provide personalised care and mentoring to women in the community.
This role focuses on emotional support, confidence building and life skills development. You will help women feel valued, empowered, and independent while providing practical and personal care where needed.
Female applicants only – This is an occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010 due to the personal and sensitive nature of the support provided.
Key Responsibilities
Provide emotional support and mentoring, helping women manage stress, build resilience and achieve personal goals.
Assist with personal care, including grooming dressing and self care routine in a dignified and respectful manner.
Support daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication reminders and mobility tailored to individual needs.
Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and creative projects to promote wellbeing and confidence.
Build trusting relationships that foster independence, resilience and positive mental health.
Maintain accurate records and communicate sensitively with the wider team to ensure coordinated care.
Who We’re Looking For
A compassionate, empathetic female practitioner with experience in Support work.
Someone dedicated to mentoring and empowering women to achieve greater confidence and independence.
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
PVG registered or willing to register.
