An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a well-regarded Property Litigation team at a respected law firm. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your post-qualification career within an established and supportive team, working on a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes. The Opportunity
Joining an experienced Property Litigation team, you will gain exposure to a varied caseload while receiving ongoing support and training from experienced practitioners. The role offers excellent opportunities for development and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters
* Supporting on possession claims and lease disputes
* Assisting with boundary disputes, easements, rights of way and restrictive covenants
* Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court applications
* Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting senior members of the team on complex matters
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
* A strong interest in Property Litigation
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
