We are currently recruiting an experienced Construction Administrator to join our team on a major project in Glasgow. This is a permanent, site-based role offering an immediate start for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to site management and project teams
*
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and site records
*
Assist with daily workflows, scheduling, and coordination
*
Update and manage system data using internal platforms
*
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
*
Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a Construction Administration role is essential
*
Ideally experienced using Novade and Day Looks
*
Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
*
Ability to work on-site full-time (08:30–17:00)
*
Must be able to undergo a Disclosure Scotland Check
