Professionally represent PLM and three sixty and actively facilitate communications and content on our social media platforms and website. The individual in this role will work directly with the three sixty team to administer and grow our social media platforms and initiatives as well as our website blog content. This individual will also support the Director of Strategic Partnership initiatives.***ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*** This hybrid position will be required to work in our Corporate Office based two days a week.* Maintain and update a monthly content calendar (social media, event marketing & blog).* Create relevant and appealing social media & blog content that focuses on driving engagement.* Utilize and create a variety of content types including graphics, videos, written posts and stories.* Provide regular analytic reporting to determine the effectiveness of the program.* Regularly conduct external social media & web audits to better understand current trends.* Make creative recommendations for future social media & blog opportunities.* Maintain three sixty Merchandising industry blog, LinkedIn Page, newsletter, and infographics.* Support strategic partnership initiatives including event planning, execution, and marketing materials development.* Leverage graphic design platforms to create digital and marketing materials.**MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:*** Must be available to work a part-time internship starting immediately* This role will be on site in office two days a week* Student working towards a degree or equivalent combination of education and experience* Concentrating on a degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Media, Information Systems, Business is desirable* Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).* Proficient with graphic design and content creation through platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress.* Experience with marketing & CRM automation tools (Hubspot)* Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn* Strong experience in copy writing for social media, web and blog* Strong organizational, time management and teamwork skills* Outside of the box thinker who is comfortable with pitching new ideas* Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision* Ability to build and maintain positive and productive business relationships* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of an audience from senior level to business users* Ability to prioritize, multi-task and have strong attention to detail*Must be able to perform essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations***MINIMUM PHYSICAL ABILITIES:*** Must be able to: + Remain standing/sitting for several hours at a time + Lift 10-30 lbs. occasionally **COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:***Some of the Competencies/Skills required to successfully perform this position are:** Adaptability – maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures* Building Strategic Working Relationships – developing collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals* Building Trust – interacting with Kroger employees, customers and suppliers in a way that gives Kroger Division and Corporate Management confidence in one’s intentions and those of the organization* Communication – clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in the English language* Customer Focus – making Kroger customers and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; developing and sustaining productive relationships with Kroger employees as well as the suppliers that we represent* Decision Making – identifying and understanding issues, problems and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences* Inclusion – appreciating and leveraging the capabilities, insights and ideas of all individuals; working effectively with individuals of diverse style, ability and motivation for a direct effect on business results* Initiating Action – taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required; being proactive; generating innovative solutions in work situations* Self-Starter – working most of the time without direct supervision; prioritizing, organizing and completing workload accurately within allotted time* Work Standards – setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed
